Broad Street Plaza’s car park is managed by APCOA. The car park is open 24 hours a day. It is a pay and display car park. Drivers purchase their ticket in advance and can top up their ticket, by phone, using a credit card.
Disabled Parking: We have 25 spaces for disabled parking located on levels 1, 3 & 5. The lifts to the Plaza are on the odd-numbered levels. There is also a lift to the NHS on car park level 2.
Broad Street Plaza is fully accessible for disabled customers. If you have a disability and require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact a member of our staff on telephone 01422 320643.

The Centre Management Suite
The Centre Management Suite is located at the rear of the scheme on the corner of North Parade and Northgate, next to the service area entrance. Please visit the Centre Management Suite for:
